Love this kimono-looking piece of garment from Zara
Yes, I like trying on things pretending that I bought them
Oh my gosh. The fluo Cambridge Satchels are so beautiful. I’m so tempted to buy one. Oh my gosh.
Remember that even just one statement piece can make the whole outfit work.
This is my bible: Classy by Derek Blasberg.
In a witty and stylish way (he never forgets to include fashion references and fashion puns), Derek tells the reader how to be a modern lady and how to infuse old-school manners with the modern way of living.
This book is a testament to my way of living and my belief: that it is always better to be classy and elegant. When we live that way, we bring out the true meaning of femininity.
My friend, Daryl, came to work one day with this beauty in hand. It’s a Celine classic satchel luggage tote in a delicious shade of green! This was/is the “it bag” of the season - so many people from the fashion industry were photographed with it!

This was one of the necklaces from the collection of Proenza Schouler Spring/Summer 2011. One word: amazing. Whoever knew a necklace could look like that? So many elements combined to produce one thing. Now that could spice up ANY outfit.
The aftermath of a fashion shoot
Spotted: steamer, model’s clothes, pull-outs
Okay, I’m not sure the picture gives it justice but I am in love with my new heels from Charles & Keith. I was shopping for corporate/business casual pieces of clothing and accessories the other week and I thought that this pair was perfect. It separates my feet from the others who have normal black pumps on. Besides that, it goes with any outfit! If only I could wear it everyday and not be called an outfit repeater.
When I saw this dress on the rack, I immediately thought, “Jil Sander!” Doesn’t it sort of look like the patterns of their dresses from the Spring/Summer 2011 collection? I’m in love with their patterns - so uniquely floral - so when I saw this similar dress, I had to try it on. Sigh, it is beautiful and it is the closest I can get to owning something from Jil Sander.
Now, if I had to choose one dress, which should I get? The Jil Sander look-alike or the simple color blocked one? Life is full of difficult choices.
